Deliver the Item or Service
The seller ships, delivers in person, or completes digital delivery, then marks the transaction as delivered in the app.
Confirm & Release
The buyer has 48 hours to confirm everything is as agreed or raise a dispute. If no dispute is opened, funds are automatically released to the seller.
Disputes Handled Fairly
If there’s a problem, TrustEcho freezes the funds, reviews evidence from both sides and decides on refund, release or partial resolution.
