We securely hold funds while buyers and sellers complete a transaction.<\/p><p data-start=\"682\" data-end=\"707\"><strong>TrustEcho does not:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"708\" data-end=\"791\"><li data-start=\"708\" data-end=\"729\"><p data-start=\"710\" data-end=\"729\">Buy or sell items<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"747\"><p data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"747\">Deliver goods<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"791\"><p data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"791\">Guarantee the quality of goods\/services<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"887\">We act solely as an independent third-party trust layer to ensure safe, verified transactions.<\/p><p data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"915\"><strong data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"915\">2. Eligibility<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"946\">To use TrustEcho, you must:<\/p><ul data-start=\"947\" data-end=\"1116\"><li data-start=\"947\" data-end=\"975\"><p data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"975\">Be at least 18 years old<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"976\" data-end=\"1021\"><p data-start=\"978\" data-end=\"1021\">Provide accurate and truthful information<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1070\"><p data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1070\">Complete identity verification when required<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1116\"><p data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1116\">Use the platform for lawful purposes only<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1146\"><strong data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1146\">3. User Accounts<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1475\">3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.<br data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1237\" \/>3.2 You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.<br data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1310\" \/>3.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.<br data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1401\" \/>3.4 You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.<\/p><p data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1511\"><strong data-start=\"1485\" data-end=\"1511\">4. Transaction Process<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1513\" data-end=\"1549\"><strong data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1547\">4.1 Creating a Transaction<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1686\">The buyer and seller agree on the item or service, price, and delivery method.<br data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1631\" \/>The buyer secures funds through TrustEcho using Stripe.<\/p><p data-start=\"1688\" data-end=\"1723\"><strong data-start=\"1692\" data-end=\"1721\">4.2 Delivery Requirements<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1742\">The seller must:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1743\" data-end=\"1861\"><li data-start=\"1743\" data-end=\"1784\"><p data-start=\"1745\" data-end=\"1784\">Deliver the item or service as agreed<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1785\" data-end=\"1861\"><p data-start=\"1787\" data-end=\"1861\">Provide accurate tracking information or proof of delivery (if applicable)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"1936\">For in-person exchanges, both parties must confirm completion in the app.<\/p><p data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"1970\"><strong data-start=\"1942\" data-end=\"1968\">4.3 Buyer Confirmation<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1971\" data-end=\"2045\">Once the item\/service is received, the buyer confirms delivery in the app.<\/p><p data-start=\"2047\" data-end=\"2078\"><strong data-start=\"2051\" data-end=\"2076\">4.4 Automatic Release<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2079\" data-end=\"2220\">If the buyer does <strong data-start=\"2097\" data-end=\"2104\">not<\/strong> raise a dispute within <strong data-start=\"2128\" data-end=\"2140\">48 hours<\/strong> of delivery being marked,<br data-start=\"2166\" data-end=\"2169\" \/>funds are <strong data-start=\"2179\" data-end=\"2205\">automatically released<\/strong> to the seller.<\/p><p data-start=\"2227\" data-end=\"2241\"><strong data-start=\"2230\" data-end=\"2241\">5. Fees<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2243\" data-end=\"2469\">5.1 Transaction and service fees are displayed within the app.<br data-start=\"2305\" data-end=\"2308\" \/>5.2 Fees are deducted automatically and are <strong data-start=\"2352\" data-end=\"2370\">non-refundable<\/strong>, except where required by law.<br data-start=\"2401\" data-end=\"2404\" \/>5.3 Users are responsible for their own bank or third-party fees.<\/p><p data-start=\"2476\" data-end=\"2504\"><strong data-start=\"2479\" data-end=\"2504\">6. Refunds &amp; Disputes<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2506\" data-end=\"2721\">6.1 Buyers may raise a dispute within <strong data-start=\"2544\" data-end=\"2556\">48 hours<\/strong> after the seller marks the transaction as delivered.<br data-start=\"2609\" data-end=\"2612\" \/>6.2 TrustEcho investigates disputes based on evidence provided by both parties.<br data-start=\"2691\" data-end=\"2694\" \/>6.3 Outcomes may include:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2722\" data-end=\"2844\"><li data-start=\"2722\" data-end=\"2745\"><p data-start=\"2724\" data-end=\"2745\">Refund to the buyer<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2746\" data-end=\"2780\"><p data-start=\"2748\" data-end=\"2780\">Release of funds to the seller<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"2803\"><p data-start=\"2783\" data-end=\"2803\">Partial resolution<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2804\" data-end=\"2844\"><p data-start=\"2806\" data-end=\"2844\">Closure due to insufficient evidence<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2846\" data-end=\"2910\">The full process is detailed in the <strong data-start=\"2882\" data-end=\"2909\">Refund &amp; Dispute Policy<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2917\" data-end=\"2945\"><strong data-start=\"2920\" data-end=\"2945\">7. Prohibited Conduct<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2947\" data-end=\"2968\">Users must <strong data-start=\"2958\" data-end=\"2965\">not<\/strong>:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2969\" data-end=\"3233\"><li data-start=\"2969\" data-end=\"3026\"><p data-start=\"2971\" data-end=\"3026\">Engage in fraud, deception, or misuse of the platform<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3027\" data-end=\"3076\"><p data-start=\"3029\" data-end=\"3076\">Submit false delivery or tracking information<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3077\" data-end=\"3126\"><p data-start=\"3079\" data-end=\"3126\">Attempt to bypass TrustEcho\u2019s payment systems<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3127\" data-end=\"3172\"><p data-start=\"3129\" data-end=\"3172\">Abuse, threaten, or harass users or staff<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3173\" data-end=\"3233\"><p data-start=\"3175\" data-end=\"3233\">Interfere with platform security, functionality, or data<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3235\" data-end=\"3310\">We may suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these rules.<\/p><p data-start=\"3317\" data-end=\"3350\"><strong data-start=\"3320\" data-end=\"3350\">8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"3352\" data-end=\"3468\">8.1 TrustEcho provides services on an <strong data-start=\"3390\" data-end=\"3401\">\u201cas-is\u201d<\/strong> basis.<br data-start=\"3408\" data-end=\"3411\" \/>8.2 We are <strong data-start=\"3422\" data-end=\"3441\">not responsible<\/strong> for losses arising from:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3469\" data-end=\"3637\"><li data-start=\"3469\" data-end=\"3495\"><p data-start=\"3471\" data-end=\"3495\">Misuse of the platform<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3496\" data-end=\"3539\"><p data-start=\"3498\" data-end=\"3539\">Incorrect information provided by users<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3540\" data-end=\"3572\"><p data-start=\"3542\" data-end=\"3572\">Failed or delayed deliveries<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3573\" data-end=\"3637\"><p data-start=\"3575\" data-end=\"3637\">Issues caused by third-party services (e.g., Stripe, couriers)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3639\" data-end=\"3743\">8.3 Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid in the <strong data-start=\"3712\" data-end=\"3725\">12 months<\/strong> before the claim.<\/p><p data-start=\"3750\" data-end=\"3772\"><strong data-start=\"3753\" data-end=\"3772\">9. Data Privacy<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"3774\" data-end=\"3973\">Your data is handled according to the <strong data-start=\"3812\" data-end=\"3840\">TrustEcho Privacy Policy<\/strong>, which forms part of these Terms.<br data-start=\"3874\" data-end=\"3877\" \/>By using TrustEcho, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined there.<\/p><p data-start=\"3980\" data-end=\"4024\"><strong data-start=\"3983\" data-end=\"4024\">10. Account Suspension or Termination<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"4026\" data-end=\"4066\">We may suspend or close accounts that:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4067\" data-end=\"4211\"><li data-start=\"4067\" data-end=\"4090\"><p data-start=\"4069\" data-end=\"4090\">Violate these Terms<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4091\" data-end=\"4133\"><p data-start=\"4093\" data-end=\"4133\">Engage in fraud or suspicious activity<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4134\" data-end=\"4164\"><p data-start=\"4136\" data-end=\"4164\">Fail identity verification<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4165\" data-end=\"4211\"><p data-start=\"4167\" data-end=\"4211\">Threaten platform integrity or user safety<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4213\" data-end=\"4273\">Users may also request account deletion by emailing support.<\/p><p data-start=\"4280\" data-end=\"4322\"><strong data-start=\"4283\" data-end=\"4322\">11. Changes to the Service or Terms<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"4324\" data-end=\"4487\">TrustEcho may update or modify these Terms for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.<br data-start=\"4413\" data-end=\"4416\" \/>Updates will be posted on this page with a revised \u201cLast Updated\u201d date.<\/p><p data-start=\"4489\" data-end=\"4551\">Continued use of TrustEcho means you accept the updated Terms.<\/p><p data-start=\"4558\" data-end=\"4582\"><strong data-start=\"4561\" data-end=\"4582\">12.
